How 2007. And you're paying $6 a month for wireless? What a sucker. And one more thing--you do NOT need 3 GB of ram. Been doing any major video-intensive or graphic design work recently? Oh, that's right--it's Windows-based! Oooooh, look at me with my beautiful M$ Paint picture that only took me 17 hours to make even though I could have drawn it in GIMP or Photoshop and it actually mightn't have sucked! I'm such a rebellious artistic-type; the ladies will flock to me! Guess what? There's a right and a wrong way to rebel against the status quo, and Mac users have been it doing the right way since waaaay before you Winblows-lusers could tell the difference between A:\ and D:\. Face the facts, Chris. The reason you keep buying new laptops? Why you're so quick to heartlessly throw away obsolete hardware whose life could easily be extended another 13 years by installing Debian? You want a real computer. You want a Mac. You're just too blind to see the truth. Someday, though, you'll see the light and become a proper non-conformist. Someday, you too will join the cause and Think Different. Oooooh, a Motorola w490?
